1/23/2023 - Fisher House

On January 23, Fisher House once again opened their doors to volunteers since Covid. We were their first volunteer group so we had some new protocol to follow to ensure the client’s safety, which included bringing a very small crew. Our very own Orlando’s catered a delicious meal of Chicken Modiga, Mississippi Pot Roast, Sun-dried Tomato and Herb Risotto, Italian style Vegetables, Spinach Salad, and dinner rolls. It was shared with the 3 families currently staying at Fisher house, the staff, and veterans at the Domiciliary located on the VA heath care systems Jefferson barracks campus. Thank you to the volunteers who attended and to the entire Orlando family for their generosity!
